Pre-K is a fun-filled year of growth and development for children preparing to enter kindergarten. Children at this age will learn to socialize and play with others while at school, along with following directions and developing a daily routine. Hi-lights in Pre-K include circle time activities, art, story time, science experiments, centers, songs, snack and much more! Children will learn other skills including colors, shapes, calendar, weather, alphabet, number recognition and rote counting. We pray together each day and learn about Jesus' love for us and how to follow His example. We help children at this age to develop a positive self-image and good listening/self-help skills. Lastly, our Pre-K program hosts in-class "field trip" visitors. These include a fireman, registered nurse, zoo representative, nutritionist and more! Pre-K is so much fun!
