  St. Philip Cougars
Have you ever been concerned that a Catholic school is not affordable and therefore not an option? We are excited to share that there are lots of options to make sure that it is an option for any student who wants to attend St. Philip.

SCHOLARSHIP TUITION ASSISTANCE

St. Philip Catholic School is a Choice School and strives to support families in need of tuition assistance.  We honor both the Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) program that gives families a $500.00 scholarship per child if their income falls below the allowable limits, and the recently modified School Choice Scholarship program that gives 90% of what it would cost the same child in the public school district of residence to attend a private school.  Please view the documents below for the income eligibility limits for the 20223-24 school year, as well as the applications of both scholarships.  For more information, please contact Kellie Kelsey at (812) 985-2447 or kkelsey@evdio.org

IMPORTANT NOTE:  To be eligible for a Choice Scholarship you must have a track or pathway from a previous school year and your income must be below the threshold based on the household members.  Please review the Choice Track Requirement form below to determine if you meet that requirement.

SGO DONATION PROCESS

Indiana's Tax Credit Scholarship program was created in 2009 as a way to give families who meet income guidelines an opportunity to send their child to a participating private school.  Through the generosity of Hoosiers like you, private donations are given as scholarships so students may attend a private school that may not have been an option to them otherwise.

Why donate?  Donors receive a state tax credit of 50% of the donation amount!  To learn more about the SGO program or to make a donation, click on the button below.  Thank you for your consideration!
