St. Philip Teen PowerTeen Power is a group that is sponsored by Youth Resources of Southwestern Indiana. Students entering 7th and 8th grade have the option of being a part of Teen Power. The first step in joining this group is attending the summer camp that is offered in late June at the University of Southern Indiana. Camp is three days and two nights and is run by Youth Resources staff, comprised of current and former middle and high school Teen Power members from around southern Indiana. The goal of camp and of our program is to encourage being drug-free by creating a culture and support system through leadership, community involvement, peer mentoring, character building, and positive self-esteem and body image.
