A Parent Pack is a folder for your child's graded work from the previous week. Students are required to take folders home each Friday and return then, signed by parents, each Monday. However, grades can always be found throughout the year on Sycamore so you can keep track of your child's performance.
At the end of each quarter, report cards will go home to parents in the Parent Pack. Also, throughout the school year, any other information that needs to be sent in paper form, such as field trip permission slips, extra curricular information and permission slips, camp info, and information from other sources, will be in the parent packs.
The parent pack is designed to help involve parents in their children's daily school work. The more parents, students, and teachers can work together, the more likely everyone will feel successful.
