Technology at St. Philip School
K-5 Computer Classes
In the K-5 Computer Classes, the
students learn about Internet Safety, the parts of the computer, how to
work with some of the programs, and keyboarding skills. We work a
lot with the program KidPix and Microsoft Word to practice our
keyboarding skills and to complete projects to utilize the options these
programs have to offer.

6-8 Computer Classes
The 6-8 classes learn about Internet
Safety and how to use it correctly. They also learn the different
tools programs have and how to use them to create their projects.
While working with the programs, they will also be utilizing the
keyboarding skills they learned in grades K-5.
