My name is
Jonathan Day and I am the new physical education/ health
education teacher here at St.PhilipSchool. I was born
and raised through the Catholic faith and attended Holy Rosary until
later moving to the St. John’s parish in Newburgh. I was
born and raised in the Evansville area, but
moved to the Newburgh area before middle
school. I currently live on the north side of Evansville and plan on
moving closer to the west side in the coming months. I am
currently in my third year of teaching, but first year as a physical
education/ health education teacher. During my first two years of
teaching, I was a resource teacher at Tecumseh Jr./ Sr.High School
working with special education students. I look forward to the
