What would we do without the aides?
Mrs. Julie Whorl
- My name is Julie Whorl and I have been an aide
here at St. Philip for six years. This year I am with the 6th
grade for part of the day and the 2nd grade for part of the day.
Plus other assigned duties may come up where I am needed. My
husband Gene and I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this
year and we have lived out here for 18 years. We have three
daughters. Jenna is 19 and a freshman at USI, Abby is 17 and a
junior at Mater Dei, and Erica is in 7th grade here at St. Philip.
Mrs. Maria Berry

My name is Maria Berry and I have been a teacher’s aide for 4 years
starting in the special needs dept. My maiden name is Wannemuehler
and I have lived and gone to St Philip all of my life. I am a graduate
of St Philip class of '85. I have been married for almost 15 years and
we have 3 kids, Mitch, Grace, and Brooke.
Mrs. Joan Frazer
- My
name is Joan Frazer and I am currently the Third Grade aide and also run
the school library. This is my 10th year at St. Philip School.
I graduated from Mater Dei High School and from St. Mary-of-the-Woods
College in St. Mary-of-the-Woods, IN with a major in Social Work.
I live in Evansville with my husband of 27 years, Mark, and three
children. I also have a son living in Indianapolis.
